You should now be able to re-sync your data. Once you reinstalled the app and cleared the cache, you will need to reconnect to your Samsung Health app from MyFitnessPal. Search for MyFitnessPal and click on it.You will also want to clear that cache for the app. Unfortunately, if this is the case, you’ll need to uninstall and reinstall MyFitnessPal and you will lose any data that has not yet been synced. So, you’ve installed and connected your MyFitnessPal app with your Samsung Health account, but your step counts and other data is still not syncing.
